Timber Trace

The Timber Trace section is in a grass and trees setting and features a unique pool that has a sloped or zero entrance section (like a beach) and set of water squirters for fun. All Timber Trace units have washers and dryers, full kitchens, patios and /or decks, and grills, The cottages all have central air. The apartments have quiet wall air systems.

The pool in the Timber Trace Area (pictured below )features a gradual walk in entrance on its shallow end. Another pool is just 70 yards away in the Timber Oaks section.
